Drinks/Party/Photos in the Desert - Las Vegas

Hi,
I am just starting to plan my Vegas wedding for April 2017. We really want to bus our guests (approx 50) out to the desert for a mini party after the ceremony. Ideally we would want to set up a small Gazebo, have some music playing from a sterro and serve up beers and snacks whilst we are having photos taken. It would probably be for about 1 hour. Does anyone know if this is allowed? Do you need to get any sort of permit? I am organising from the UK and struggling to find answers on other forums/blogs.

    I would contact a DOC to see what they recommend. I've never heard of anyone doing this; it sounds like a total blast, but it also a hell of a lot of planning for only an hour.

    I am trying to avoid hiring a coordinator where possible, but may have to give in on this one. I don't want to get everyone there and then have the police turn up due to noise etc.
