Rusty Pelican minimums

Does anyone know was is included to meet the minimums for the rooms? I fell in love with the grand ballroom but it is a 10k minimum for the night we have. Are vender prices included, tax, etc?

    I would double check with them but from what I remember you can use anything but the taxes and gratuity to meet your minimum. I also believe that you have the ability to include your cake and DJ in that minimum as long as you use their vendor. Double check with them for sure and avoid Don as a planner, he's not very friendly and you will feel like a number not a bride.

    I emailed Don and set up a phone convo with him to go over pricing. Was told he was in a meeting at the time and when I called back 30 minutes later got his voice mail....his voicemail actually said "please leave a message 30 words or less...." Instantly took them off the possibilities list because of that.
