  I would post on your local board for more help with this question.
  
  I used thumbtack to find my photographer and it worked wonderfully. I just input some information about my wedding and my budget and then photographers responded to me. We found a great photographer who is giving us a $600 discount on photos and he'll be covering our wedding day from about an hour and a half before the ceremony to the end of the reception (6 hours total) for $1000. We love his style and really clicked with his personality when we met him in person so I'm really excited to use him! We also used thumbtack to find our DJ.
