when my fiancé and I originally talked we discussed only inviting immediate family which went out as far as first cousins. My mom gave me a list that included second cousins and 12 of her friends even though I specifically said we only wanted to invite up to our first cousins. She told me that she will pay for her friends so they can come. My fiancé has about 60 family members which excludes a couple out of state who aren't invited and I have about 20 who would be considered immediate. Should my mom be able to include 2nd cousins since our side is smaller?
