Thinking about using MyRegistry. Thoughts? Anyone used the site? I've seen so many mixed reviews.

    I'm not a fan of any site that encourages registering for cash gifts. I know that is just one part of the site, but it sends the wrong vibe for me.

    The main problem with it is that guests have to go back and mark what they purchased; it doesn't do it automatically. Take a wild guess how many people will remember to do so.

    I used a similar registry for my baby shower and people found it confusing. They would rather use the store registries. Also, the person buying has to remember to take the item off the registry when it's purchased instead of the store.
