Online-ordained minister?

Has anyone gotten married in NC using a minister or friend who was ordained via an online service? I pulled up the NC marriage laws and it does appear this is legal, just wondering if anyone has done it or knows someone who has. Thanks!

    It will not be legal.  We ran into the same issue and simply got "officially" married the week before in the courthouse and then had our officiant "marry" us in front of everyone.  Unfortunately NC has much stricter rules about online ordination that other states...
