Wedding Invitations & Paper

Wording Help

Hi! Longtime lurker here, I know you ladies are experts on invitation wording. Wanted to verify that this wording would be correct for my invitations:

The pleasure of your company is requested at the wedding of
Bride First Middle Last
and
Groom First Middle Last
Saturday, the fifteenth of October
Two thousand sixteen
at seven o'clock in the evening

Venue Name
Address
New Orleans, Louisiana

Reception to follow.

Main questions:
- Do I need the period after "Reception to follow."?
- Is all of the capitalization/lowercase correct?
- Am I supposed to include "in the evening" following the time?
- The reception is at the same venue, but a different location on the venue grounds. Do I need to specify this?

Thanks in advance for you help!

    1.  No period is needed.
    2.  Capitalization is fine.  "Two" is optional.
    3.  "in the evening" is not necessary.
    4.  As long as it is the same basic address, no further instructions are needed.

Sometimes the first line is split up like this:
The pleasure of your company is requested
    at the wedding of
    Bride (etc.)
    This is optional.
