Favor bags for bottles

We are having cider favors and they will be in 12 oz bottles. I found cellophane bags with a cardboard piece for the bottom that looks like it should fit two bottles of cider. Two questions:

1. Should we bundle them in (2) and give (1) per couple or pack them individually?

2. Any creative ideas on how to pack them instead of cellophane bags? Also needs to support the weight of the bottles and economical.

Thank you!

I'd personally package them singly unless you know 100% for certain that every guest attending your wedding is part of a couple.

What about buying some cute paper bags like this?

You can buy them in tons of different colors/prints and you can even tie them off with a coordinating ribbon plus the paper bag is strong enough to support a single bottle.

Yeah the more I think about it, I like the single bottle too. I like the paper bag too. I kept thinking you need to see what's inside but I like the solid colors better! Thanks!

You can find those paper gift bags at the dollar store too.

I like the paper bags as well.
