Looking for 15 Room Location in New Mexico

I am looking for some advice / help on finding a wedding location in New Mexico.

My fiancé and I are looking to have a destination wedding where our closest 40 family/friends (15 couples with kids) can spend a weekend together. We are looking for a location, with approximately 15-17 rooms, that can be rented out so we can have a private weekend. The location must be handicap accessible.
We are also hoping to participate in a few activities together, such as wine tasting/ cooking class, golf, and spa.

Overall, we are looking to get away from it all in a beautiful place and have a bit of fun with the people most special to us.

If anyone has had or is planning a wedding weekend like I am describing, advice is much appreciated.

You might also try the hacienda dona andrea. I don't think they have 15 rooms on site, but I think they might do package deals with other hotels in Santa Fe. It's a beautiful site for wedding and reception away from everything else. It feels like your own private destination. Here's the website: http://www.hdasantafe.com/
