Need some help with chair set up for wedding and reception! Ideas??

Our wedding and reception are in the same room. I went to a wedding about a year ago where the wedding and reception were in the same room and they just had the chairs around the tables and it was crowded and overwhelming and I ended up having my back to the ceremony with no room to turn my chair around, but I don't want my wedding party to have to move chairs between the ceremony and the reception. Any ideas?

    Does your venue have twice as many chairs as you have guests?? I have seen pictures of our venue set up for reception and ceremony. The dance floor is the middle of the rectangular shaped room and they have tables set up on either end, and the ceremony set up on and around the dance floor with  just a few of the tables pushed off to the side. 

    You would then need venue staff, or friends/family who have volunteered to stack and take away the ceremony chairs and move tables back during cocktails before dinner starts.
