Wine Bottle Favors Doubling As Escort Cards

I am thinking about doing mini wine bottles as favors and doubling them as the escort cards. If anyone has done this, where did you get the cards done? I am thinking some sort of hanging tag printed with the name.

    This is something you could easily do yourself.  You could use corks and place a card directly in front of each bottle.....
    or virtually attach any card to a bottle and hand write the cards yourself....



    Google "wine bottles as escort cards" and you will get scores of ideas.

    we're going to do chocolate bars that double as escort cardsfrom the chocolate maker next to our venue.  Mini wine bottles are also a win-win :)
