  If you're dictating that your BMs wear these you need to plan on paying for them. So, there's no "we" here but rather, where can you get them cheap.

  "Cowgirl boots cheap" yielded several options..Macy's, Walmart, etc.  Ditto PP if a bride is requiring a specific footwear, she has to purchase it, not the BM.

  Please don't make your bridesmaids wear cowboy boots. Wear boots if you want, but please please let them choose their own footwear. At most you could request a specific easy to find color (i.e. brown, black, silver, red) but shoes are so personal and can have such a huge impact on comfort.
