  Are you looking for a song to dance to with your nephews?  How do you envision it?  Would they be "trading off" to dance with you?  I might just skip a spotlight dance in that case, and dance with them while the rest of your guests are on the dance floor as well.  
  If you have your heart set on a spotlight dance with them, H and I used "You'll be in my Heart" as our parent dance song.  I think it might work for nephews as well if you're especially close to them, since the message could be more than parent/child.
