Hair and makeup morning of

I am in the very beginning stages of planning my wedding. I'm having a small wedding in the late morning (we're thinking 11am). Will it be an issue to find someone to do hair and makeup that early? And while we're at it, any recommendations?

Shouldn't be an issue - Verde Beauty (based in BR but travel all over the state) is great. They did my bridesmaid hair and makeup on 2 occasions and are doing my wedding as well!
