  What a stunning dress!  I wore a ballgown - very much different from this dress - but I had really good luck finding accessories on Amazon.  Many have free return shipping.  I wore drop pearl earrings and silver beaded flowers in my hair.  Each I got on Amazon and they were perfect on the day.  Accessories from the shops would have cost hundreds of dollars.

  I also had a lace fit-and-flare dress, and for jewelry I just wore pearl stud earrings and a pearl and gold bracelet. I had a simple veil that I wore just for the ceremony and a comb in my hair that was decorated with ivory flowers.
