need engagement photoshoot locations

My fieance and i are planning on having a few engagement photoshoots we were actually planning for one this friday but it might just not work out because the rain.If any one has had indoor photoshoots at a public location.where??I need ideas on  cute indoor or outdoors locations .

    Are you doing them in downtown DC or somwhere else?

    If you're doing them in downtown DC then pics in the Sculpture Garden or the garden behind the little Smithsonian Castle are always pretty. If you want indoor locations in DC, any of the national musuems - Air & Space, Museum of Natural History - allow photos and you can get some really neat ones in those museums.

    We had a great shoot on what ended up being a rainy day at the portrait gallery.  We love our pictures!

    we did ours at a vineyard..with a picnic and wine. they came out wonderful!!
