    Are you looking for any specific scoops, like plastic, metal?  I found some small scoops at a store in Lincoln, 'Party America'.  You can get some at orientaltrading.com too.  As for the glassware for the candy buffet, try dollar stores, I found a couple bigger hurricane glasses to put candy in at Dollar General for $4.00 each and Hobby Lobby has a sale all the time 50 percent off their glassware, they have a wide variety to choose from there.  Goodluck!
