Not Using Real FLowers - Bouquet Ideas?

I'm planning an outdoor ceremony (still not sure about the reception - maybe inside or a tent) and my mother is deathly alergic to bees. Even if she does everything right after getting stung, there is a huge chance she may not survive. For this reason, I am not having real flowers. I don't want to take any chances, nor do I want her (and I!!) to worry all day long. I am fine using branches and silk flowers and other things for centerpeices, but what about my bouquet? I don't want to walk down the isle with a bouquet of fake roses. I've seen flowers made from wood and metal and stuff and I don't know what to think. What would a guest think if I came down the isle with wooden roses?
