Stamps during deployment...

My hubby is preparing for his first deployment and he will be living in a tent for the next 12 months about 2 to 3 hours from the nearest base. I told him i could buy a roll of stamps and put them in his care packages, like every other one or so. he thinks its a swell idea but, would he be able to use them? i know itll be an APO address so the stamp shouldnt matter rite?

Ditto Stan.  If he is being deployed, he won't need stamps.  Outgoing mail is free.

Just an FYI, you need to remove your deployment countdown ticker over on Military Nesties. If you click on the blue box in Tx's siggy, it'll give you some info about OPSEC.
