where to get alterations done?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tailor in either the Peninsula or San Francisco?  I have a Fanal dress, so if you know if they have experience doing the bustle, that would be great.

    Unfortunately had a bad experiene at Lucy's dress shop.   The bust area too big and she insisted she could fix it by putting padding in there, which made no sense since there was more space there. 

    She inisted it fit perfectly even though I said it didn't.  I had to show her how jumping or bending backwards exposed my breasts because the dress fell off.  She then told me to tape  my dress on.  My skin got ripped by the end of the night and I still have scars on my skin from the tape from a month ago.

    The irony is that she said she has other clients that do the same.

    Better if she just owned up and said she couldn't fix it from the beginning. 

    She also told me if she put in some boning, it would take away the wrinkles of the dress.  Not sure how much that part cost, but it made the wrinkles worse.  That part, no big deal.
