    Anna's Alterations on park road is pretty popular.

    I had David's Bridal Northlake do mine, as that's where I bought my gown.  They did an amazing job, and were VERY inexpensive!  Not sure what their policy is if you bought your dress elsewhere, but they'd be worth a call!

    One option would be Christine's Alterations on South Blvd near Panda Express and Fairview /Tyvola.  She basically built my friend's wedding dress from scratch and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend her!
