Lafayette Area

I'm from Lafayette and having my wedding here, I think. My fiance (soon to be) wants it on the beach in FL. Anyone around here have good suggestions on outdoor wedding areas or reception areas? Let me know!

    FI and I were going to get married in Lafayette (we live there), and we were going to do the ceremony at the amphitheater at Columbian Park.  The only downside was that we couldn't reserve it.  We ended up moving the wedding to my hometown.

    We had looked at several reception venues (all indoor, I believe) but hadn't picked one.  Are you wanting an outdoor reception too, or just ceremony?

    If you dont mind heading toward the Kokomo area then there are a few neat places.  I have even had a few friends use the press box over at Purdue. lol

    Look at Exploration Acres as well as Wea Creek Orchard, both in Lafayette.
