Did you ever end up visiting the other Heart to Heart??
If so, was it better?
If you haven't gone yet, I would consider telling someone at the Manchester store about your less-than-awesome experience at the Webster location.
They need to know.... it's such a sweet group of people that if the other location is wrecking their reputation, they should be made aware.  Maybe they can do something about it so that other brides don't have the same experience.

    I haven't visited the Manchester location yet because tomorrow I have an appointment with another shop that sells Maggie Sottero, which is the designer I'm most interested in.  If I don't find the dress there, I'll definitely be visiting the other shop in Manchester and I'll let you know how it goes!  You're right, they should know that the other shop doesn't measure up to their reputation, I'll definitely mention it if I end up visiting.  Thanks for the suggestion!
