Question about these favors as centerpieces? (pics)

I'm planning to DIY our favors, it's going to be this: (pumpkin pie in small mason jars)

I was wondering if I should just have these set on a table near the exit for people to grab as they leave, or if you think they could possibly double as the centerpieces with some of these scattered around them? (tealight candles in mini pumpkins)

I'd like honest opinions, but nothing rude please

I think the mini pumkins would be awesome as accents to decor and some people could possibly take them home. They will go bad semi-quickly since they are cut into and I probably wouldn't take it if offered as a favor. The pumpkin pie favor is an awesome idea!

I love that! I saw that on google and have been trying to figure out what exactly they did. Is it just every other vase filled with pumpkins and the rest with flowers? I would want to set this up on the head table.

They are perfect! ANd will be very country & give a homey feel! I am personally using ceramic wedding bells as gifts (a play on the last name I am saying good-bye to, as a way to honor my "old" family name) and I am putting them on the tables since they don't tale up too much space & since the colors will match, so they can double as centerpieces! Your guests will like this since people usually forget their favors when they are hidden on a separate table! Hope this helps & good luck! Ps, what do you think of bells as my favor? I like yours since its edible!!!! Everyone will enjoy that! I hope people will ring the bells instead of tapping their glass to get us to kiss! LMK

I think they will definitly work as centerpieces also. We are using our favors as place cards too....(we are homebrewing beer and making lables with the guests name and table number)...If you decide that you don't like them as centerpieces, consider using the pumpkin pie jars as placecards...

I was also going to say you could use them as escort 'cards'. Guests grab them to find their seats and place them on the table, which will be like using them as centerpieces as well.
