Is it necessary to have welcome bags at the hotel for those people who are 45 min. from the hotel or closer? These people are only staying over because it will be a very late night. The reception is over at 12:30. a.m. I understand why those living a distance away should be gifted with a nice bag, but there are people staying over who live in the next town from where the wedding is being held. The wedding is a week away! Thanks
