I got a call stating I won a honeymoon package from Nutrichef. I've done some research and I've seen both yes and no's to if it's a scam. I'd be willing to give it a shot if I heard any actual stories or experiences of people who went on the trip. Several have said they signed up and took the opportunity but I have yet to read of anyone's experiences with their resorts.

Has anyone went to the resorts and taken the trip? Was it a scam?

Hello Ladies. I am trying to find a venue in Phoenix AZ for $2,000 or under. My fiance and I are paying for everything ourselves. We are having about 80 guests. I have been looking at a bunch of venues but everything is $2,500 starting. I would love to have an outdoor ceremony and I can go either way for the reception. I am hoping that chairs and tables are at least included. Any advice or suggestions anyone can give would be much appreciated!! Thank you!

hello, I am in the process of planning my wedding it isn't until 2016 but I like to plan ahead. I am torn between having a big wedding or something small and intimate. my only problem is if I were to do intimate I have no idea were to have a reception. I am looking more into the phoenix/Glendale area is there any tips or suggestions for large wedding and small wedding? anything would really help out thank you!

Last chance has several wedding dresses that have a ball gown tulle skirt and a bodice with flower applique on them. ML is written inside the dresses, but I didn't see a label. They have them for sale for $200. If they are real Lhuillier's this is an absolute steal!

My wedding vendors

My wedding was so flawless.. I had to give some love to my vendors for the local people here in case you find a need for any of the following:

Venue - Windmill Winery in Florence. A bit of a drive, but omg. If you are a Midwest girl like me, stuck in Arizona and wanting an escape from stucco and xeriscaping, check this place out. Green grass, a few random farm animals, a big Wisconsin barn, and tons and tons and tons of beautiful photo spots.. Amazing. Roosters were crowing throughout our ceremony LOL. From across the property, so it wasn't like terribly disruptive, just funny.

Photographer - Gretchen Wakeman Photography - I can't say enough good things about her. She has such an eye for beautiful light and backgrounds and posing. Really fun to be around and easy to work with. Check out her site!

DJ - Joel Gibbs - holy craaaap. The best DJ I have ever heard. He came with the package from our venue, so we really got lucky that he was amazing. He kept our guests so entertained and dancing, which is what I wanted. I would not have been okay with an empty dance floor.

Caterer - Kiss the Chef Catering - everyone loved our food! Buffet style, with this artichoke bruschetta chicken and garlic mash. Pretty standard wedding food, but they decorated their little buffet station so cute, it looked like it was planned by us HAHA. Always okay with that. And that artichoke sauce they put on the chicken was friggin magical.

Photobooth - Snapbooth - I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I knew I wanted a photobooth right off the bat when I started planning, and this company made such a good case for themselves because they can print so many copies in an hour, and I knew it would be very popular at the wedding. They also designed a layout for our prints that matched our invitations which is one of those details that may not matter to some, but I love consistency like that. At the end, one of the attendants gave me a guestbook/scrapbook and all the extra prints, plus a USB drive with all of the files. Amazing experience!

Flowers - Blume Events - Kristen, the owner, worked with me during just one meeting and captured exactly what I wanted for my bridal flowers. She has tons of experience and a really good eye for beautiful combinations.

Hair/makeup - Babydoll Weddings - they traveled to Florence to get me and my bridal party ready. One bride, six bridesmaids, one mom and one flower girl, all ready in just about 3-4 hours. They're amazing! And the travel fee wasn't very much at all, I think an extra $50?

Trying to find an all inclusive venue for ceremony & reception under $6000

I am looking for a place where I can have my ceremony and reception with everything included for under $6000! The guest list is currently 110 but we are trying to cut it down to 100 people. I have tried to search around but am not having much luck. I would prefer the venue to be in the North Phoenix area, but i am willing to look at other areas. The date is not for sure yet but we were hoping for either December 3 or 4 2015.

Restaurant Reception places - suggestions needed

Does anyone have any suggestions to any restaurants in the East Valley area that would be able to hold a reception dinner? We are on a budget and really don't want the full wedding dinner/dance, nor can we afford it. We were looking for a restaurant with either a private dining room or section to be able to have a nice dinner and celebrate with our family and friends after our ceremony. Maybe about 40-50 people, not sure on the date yet though.

I am getting married next year and I am in the process of finding a wedding venue. My fiance and I decided that we wanted to limit our budget to $3500 for the venue and we really, really, REALLY don't want to go over that. (Especially because we will be paying for it ourselves out of pocket with no family help or anything.)

I live in the Phoenix/Glendale area, but we are willing to travel a bit of distance for the ceremony and reception if it fits the budget. We want an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, I'm planning on doing a lot of DIY for pretty much anything I can to save money. If catering is included then GREAT because we would like an evening wedding around dinner time anyways.

I am having so much trouble finding something beautiful that doesn't start around $4000 and I've been researching quite a bit... help a bride-to-be out!

I am getting married in 1 month, and need help pinning down a good florist in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. I went down a path with one florist who ended up clashing with myself and my fiance...it was unfortunate, but there's nothing to salvage there. I am looking for a florist who does good work and is honest, transparent, and pleasant to work with. I think my flower budget is pretty fair.

Does anyone know of a wedding venue in Scottsdale with a view of the mountains that will allow you to book a ceremony only? I keep finding beautiful ceremony sites at venues but they won’t allow me to book a ceremony only and it is getting very frustrating. I have another reception venue in mind because it has a unique feel so I don’t want to book both reception and ceremony at the same place. I want my unique reception venue but also want an outdoor ceremony with a beautiful view. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
