Just wanted to introduce myself. :) Just started planning for a fall wedding next year. Currently, we are on the hunt for a venue.  Looking into the Marvimom, Smog Shoppe, Ebell Club of Long Beach.  Any other venue ideas similar to those?  I'm at square one right now and don't know where to turn...YET! :)

The second pair, is a pair of the bridesmaid shoes, I decided to buy a pair myself but in my money saving world right now I probably don't need them.  They are size 8 and I did wear them for about 3 hours at a wedding, they have no dirt on them, neither pair does.  $35 including shipping

Holy crap, I've read poor customer reviews on them before but I figured I would give them a chance, since they had really beautiful arrangements. When I got there, guess what?  My florist didn't even show up.  Yup.

Another florist had to call her and then they told me that, "She is very sorry, but she completely forgot to call you to cancel the appointment.  They're doing a huge wedding out in the Palisades and Mark wanted her to go at the last minute so she forgot to call you and cancel."

Wow.  Okay.  Did I mention I had my FI and FMIL in tow?  Anyways, that's that.  Just thought I'ld share my experience in case anyone else is considering them - hope you have a better experience than me.

It just clicked on how it has been 3 months already when our photographer (Nataly Lemus) informed us our pictures are done! WHOoo hoooo.

I just finally moved in our last boxes from storage to our place. I still need to unpack the new boxes, but little steps. I wanted to thank you ladies for everything. The LA Knotties are amazing. You made the wedding process alot easier!Kiss

I had thought of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel or the Oviatt Penthouse, but they are a bit pricey.  I would LOVE a rooftop wedding overlooking Hollywood!  Or if I could find a cool, old rental house with an amazing backyard/view. Most places are too new and lack personality.  Does anyone have any suggestions for somewhere unique in the LA area?  The budget is around 3000 for the rental, but can be a little higher for something worth it.
