Orlando/Disney Desination Wedding - HELP!

My fiance and I were planning a Maryland wedding (where we live) but its gotten to be far too extravagant. We have 4 girls together and thought why not elope w/ the kids at Disney. I've looked at their site and to do a wedding @ Disney the cheapest plan is 2500$. We don't need all of that. Its just us and our girls. I'll get some flowers @ a local florist and we just need an officiant.

Does anyone know if you can get married @ Disney w/out using one of their wedding packages?

If so/not do you know of somewhere near by that you could suggest?

Ahhh! We need to lock down a venue, but am having a hard time finding something that we like that is within our budge

I was looking for in Orlando. We Loved the Citrus Club, and the Doubletree downtown, but both are a bit out of budget. Now I am starting to think I will have to head outside of Orlando to find something. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, I haven't had a chance to meet with the University Club downtown Orlando. Is it worth it to look, or are they just as pricey.

Sivan Photography is the best!

I first found out about Sivan Photography at a wedding show last year. Once we were ready to find a photographer for the big day I knew we had to meet with her. After that meeting and seeing all her amazing photos I knew she was the one! I was so excited to have our engagement session with Sivan. We just loved our location (Sivan's secret location) and we loved that she didn't mind bring some props for us. Our photos turned out awesome! We looked like models. We are now working on our Save the dates which will feature one of those photos. I know I will be stress free about how my pictures will turn out on my wedding day because Sivan is the best. Hello ladies,

I was wondering if any of you can rec. a photographer that is willing to shoot at Magic Kingdom/Boardwalk.

I was just told I would be a maid of honor to my best friend!!
So I will be helping as much as I can!
I want to surprise her with this because of how much she just LOVES disney!

I've spoken to a couple of photographers, however, a lot of them do not include the pictures, and they seem a little complicated.

Is there such a thing as a reasonably priced, quality, journalistic/cinematographic type videographer?
It looks like the choices are either the $500 "one camera, somewhat shaky footage" one or the $3000-$8000 "2 HD cameras, top quality" one.
I am looking to stay in the $1500 range with 2 HD cameras (preferably 2 operators) and 8 hour coverage and a quality trailer
Am I just chasing my tail?

its for 4 hours, includes a personalized keepsake book and all of the materials, including props.

Its normally $1500 but if you sign up for their photography and DJ service during April its free.

Rehearsal Dinner

Where is everyone having their rehearsal dinner at in the Orlando area? And what is your budget? My future in-laws are being kind enough to pay for it and gave us a budget of about $500 for ~40 people...I'm getting kind of worried if we'll be able to do it for around that because we don't have a house or "back yard" we can use. FI REALLY wants a bowling alley rehearsal dinner and I kind of like the idea too but even some of the lanes are ridiculously priced for large groups! I think we found one that can put us close to that range so hopefully it will work out!

HELP - wedding dress dilemma

So, my wedding is 2+ years away. A few months ago I started looking at dresses and fell in love with an Allure bridal dress.

I found it at a local bridal shop, tried it on and got the whole teary eyed, butterflies in my stomach experience. My mom who was with me loved it too and had the same reaction. On top of that, it fits like a glove, no alterations needed except bra cups

Here is the dilemma: Is two years too far out to commit to a wedding dress? I think the dress is timeless, but what is your experience with dresses and changing/non-changing taste of a bride over time?
Obviously I'm new to this and I'm freaking out a little but I don't want the dress to be discontinued if I wait too long

Hi, these are the vendors I used for my wedding. They truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. I hope this is helpful!

Ceremony Site- Church on the Square, The Villages. First of all, the church is absolutely beautiful. It's non-denominational and is rented out on available weekends. Oscar and Carl were great helping to set everything up and helping during the ceremony.

Reception- Harbor Hills Country Club, Lady Lake. Christy and her team were fabulous at answering questions (she responds very quickly via e-mail) and helping us through the process of planning the food and setup. The food was great and the room looked amazing.

Hair- Graceful Strands, Ocala. Lisa did exactly what I wanted for my hair and it looked great. It also held up the entire night.

Makeup- Absolutely Beautiful You, Ocala. Denise did an amazing job with my makeup, which also held up all night. I have very oily skin and in no pictures do I have a shiny face.

Photos- Tony Evans Photography, Ocala. I cannot praise Tony and his assistant enough for their work. I absolutely love my photos!

Video- Straight to Your Heart Video, Ocala. Scott's work is also amazing. The video is great!

Lighting- GET LIT Productions, Orlando. If you are interested in lighting, they did a great job and it was really affordable. I felt the lighting really helped to transform the room.

Misc. Rentals- Grand Rental Station, Mt. Dora. We rented chairs, table covers, and the dance floor from Grand Rental. They were really easy to work with and had everything delivered on time.
