FINALLY! We closed on the house yesterday! Yay! It was pretty smooth...did our final walkthrough at 9am and found a couple of things that needed to be fixed, then went over to closing at 10:30am, left there around 12:25 with these HUGE keys, and gate openers!

We were so happy! Now we can start moving things a little at a time, pick out painting colors (Sarah i'm thinking of you right now! LOL) and get this party started!

They told us that we have 3 days to switch the utilities from their name to ours, so we just went an got it done yesterday afternoon, went to the post office so we can get our mail key, and then back to the house so we can "imagine" what the rooms will look like! I feel so much better now that this process is all over. Now once work is out the way, i'll be super excited, and once the wedding is out of the way...i'll be elated!!!!!!!!!

Preferably in the Lake Mary area but I could go other places.

Anyone ever used Chairs for Affairs or anything else? Ive found that some of these rental places dont even have websites, so its hard to find a good one. =P Just let me know! She is not going to be able to make it up here before the wedding (August) so I need to ship her her dress, and have her get it altered down there. Does anyone have any recommendations as to a good seamstress/tailor down in the Orlando area?

TIA!
