My Fi and I are planning a wedding in the fall of next year with a strict budget of 5,000 with no help but everyone wants to put their thoughts and ideas into it. Its becoming stressful because I have somewhat of a large family and IF I invite everyone it would be a total of 160 guest if i dont then it will be 70 guest which is all I can really afford. My grandmother is not happy about that and says FAMILY shouldnt have to be counted out but she is not paying the expenses and half of my family I dont know or talk to. I hate to see my grandmother upset so i have no clue of what to do.

Hair and Makeup - St. Augustine

I was just wondering what kind of experiences people have had for their hair and makeup in town or the area. I am looking for someone who can make me and my bridesmaids beautiful for the day of but doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I have checked out websites for Faythe, simply makeup artists, and Stephanie J Mazzeo, but I feel like there have to be more options out there as well. Also anyone used any of the above and feel like leaving their review/maybe costs on here would be much appreciated. I am planning on having all 5 of my bridesmaids plus my mom get her hair and makeup done on location, if that helps at all in giving comparative cost prices.

Sept 15th, 2012 at the River House in St Augustine. The venue is just beautiful and I am excited that there will be plenty of tourist attractions to keep our out of town guests busy!

If anyone has any ideas on a reception site for approx 30-40 people I would love to hear suggestions.

Ok lol so yea I have a lot questions but I was interested in the Majestic Room and the price is very affordable but I have heard a lot of bad reviews about Jennifer who I suppose took over and I also cant find a number to reach the hall to speak to anyone im thinking this may be a bad sign but I wanted you ladies thoughts etc.

The St. Augustine Art Association Building in downtown St. Augustine is where I had my reception and it was beautiful, right downtown and they are very relaxed with the rules.
