When should I post specific Wedding info on the Wedding Website?

I just sent out my Save the Dates the other day. I was just wondering when should I post info like Hotel room pricing and stuff like that. I mean I guess I could post at any time but other people that aren't invited I wouldn't want them to feel bad. Should I wait until I am sending out the invitations?

I need help! We want to throw a very casual backyard/shrimp boil type wedding. We need a vacation rental or place that will let us do our own food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! I'm having a very hard time, and now that the new ordinance passed in Sandestin I'm not even sure if you are allowed to have weddings there. We have also looked at Cape San Blas and perfer there, but can't find one with a deck/ pool area big enough that will allow weddings.

We got our first RSVP in the mail tonight! Whoo hoo! I know that most on here have either experienced this already already or will in the near future and it's nothing "special" per say, but I am SO excited. $1500 Complete Coverage WEdding Photography

Hello brides! (and grooms!) My name is Jacob Board and I'm a beginning wedding photographer in the Jacksonville area.

My rate for wedding photography is a flat $1500 for the rest of 2011. This includes coverage all day the day of the wedding and events the night before. I then give you DVD's with your touched up pictures on them, no restrictions. You can get order pictures wherever you want!

The only extra cost theremight be is if I have to travel farther than 50 miles round trip and if you would need me to stay at a hotel nearby.

If you are considering getting married in a rental property in Walton County Florida you need to know this:

The Walton County Board of commissioners met to discuss a new ordinance that would no longer allow weddings or large gatherings at any rental properties like condos beach houses etc...

This would require all rental properties to be certified by Walton County and periodically inspected by the Fire Department (charge involved) and no rental properties will be allowed to rent to Wedding groups, corporate retreats, or Family Reunions.Something to be aware of and talked to your rental company about before you have any issues. I don't know how fast this might go into effect or if it would impact rentals already booked. I'll keep you posted if I hear anymore...

JAX Beach/Ponte Vedra Rehearsal Venue & House Rental

I am the aunt of the groom and need the help of all of you who are actually from the Ponte Vedra area. I am trying to plan a rehearsal for 70 long distance. We want a festive, seated dinner with yummy food in a great atmosphere, We would love to be on the water. Casual is fine as long as it's fun and delicious. Are there entire restaurants to rent out? Jax Beach or PV is ideal., We are considering The Lodge. Anyone have any experience with them? We also need a rental home on the beach that is close to the Inn and Lodge which is where our guests will stay. Finally, we need a small fun band. Thanks for any help.

SERIOUSLY! I am not making any money off of trying to promote her! It has just been a relaxing and wonderful experience for me as a mom, and I want to share her with the world. :) Lisa has been planning my daughter's wedding for May 2011.

We REALLY searched all around Fernandina/Amelia Island, Brunswick, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, etc....to find someone who could handle an indecisive and picky bride (my daughter).

We called many, many planners, but some of them NEVER even returned the calls , or they didn't impress us with their knowledge.

Lisa called us multiple times, left messages, emailed us, etc... We finally decided it was time to meet this person face to face...and what a LOVELY PERSON she was!!!! I already loved her from the beginning because of the emails, etc...., but my daughter immediately loved her after talking to her. Lisa knew literally everything about weddings, venues, photographers, honeymoons, etc...etc...!!!!

I even told my daughter before the meeting, "Okay....When we meet Lisa, just ask her all the questions you have, and we will leave and talk about whether or not she is the one you want for the job. Don't hire her because I have a good feeling about her." WELL....When Lisa could answer all 100 questions my daughter asked without batting an eye, my daughter said immediately, "Okay, I really like you, and I want you to be my wedding planner!"

Lisa is just wonderful in every single way. She is an easy-going person and knows every aspect of planning. She is all about making you stick to your budget! Even the vendors have NOTHING but great things to say about her.

You won't be disappointed if you can get her to plan your wedding. We were so lucky to have found her...and lucky that she had time in her schedule to plan my daughter's wedding in Ponte Vedra!

How do you explain to a coworker that she is not invited to your wedding? She knew that we had a limited budget and limited guest list, but is constantly reminding me mt wedding day is getting closer and closer. I am inviting a few of my coworkers that I am close with because we get together outside of work also. I'm not that close to her and her manners are what's the word.... non exsistent! I can't have that around our families at a formal affair. How do I explain this to her that I honestly cannot afford to add anymore people and we don't have the space at the venue either. I'm not mean but I really can't pay for it. Help Please!!

I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now and was thinking about putting together a "Bride Boot Camp" in this area for any of you ladies who are needing to get off those last pounds before the big day. Sooooo....to try and make a long story short, I had a dress. Against most people's opinion's I bought another dress (ekkkkk!!!) Not spontaneously, necessarily, but I did it on my own. I didn't take anyone with me to get other's thoughts and just made a decision to by this on my own. I had been having 2nd thoughts about my previous dress for about 6 months. I kept trying to make it what it wasn't. I finally decided (without asking anyone else what they thought at the time) to go try on this other dress that I found in a magazine about a month and a half ago. The store I went to actually had my first dress. I tried them on side by side and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this "other" dress, was the one. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this whole thought process to anyone else but it worked for me. So fast forward to today, the dress came in ( a few days ago) and I went and had my first "unofficial" fitting. I LOVED it even more than the first time I tried it on. Although it was slightly controversial decision (according to my family), I know without a doubt this is the dress that I am suppose to walk down the aisle to my FH in!!!!!! I also know this would be the dress my Mom would've picked too! I have never felt so beautiful in anything in my life!!! Thanks for reading...just so overwhelemd with happiness about how it all worked out. Even if the process was a little "different".

Just wanted to write a review about our wedding photographer, Brett Birdsong from Birdsong Photography (http://birdsongphotography.com). He did my bridal session and our wedding, and we were extremely happy with how the pictures turned out. I was impressed with how he handled the lighting during the ceremony. Brett is great to work with-- he is a laid-back person who makes you feel very comfortable, and he was more than happy to do shots of my husband and I at the beach after our ceremony (we had to drive about 10 minutes away to get to the beach). He suggested the perfect location for the bridal session-- just what I was looking for! He has great perspective and creativity. Everyone has been very impressed with our pictures!
