Last weekend at the circle I saw the most amazing thing... a blue painted COLTS short bus being used by a wedding party!!!!! A google search brought no results. Anyone ever seen this / have any information?!?!

I need help....Our engagement photos were scheduled for Oct 18 at the Traders Point Creamery in Indianapolis. Everything was good to go when I booked it.....about a month ago.Found out today they are expecting 2,000+ people that day for their yearly Oktoberfest celebration so I either have to reschedule or look for a different place.We are looking for an outdoorsy, rustic, farm type atmosphere. Would LOVE to hear any suggestions in case we can't reschedule.TIA!

Hello! I bought silver organza bags and have been searching for a good deal on bright pink m & m's....I found a store in Carmel (the Sweet Shoppe) that can order knock off m & m's (lol) for about $80 for 8 lbs.....My mom had mentioned a candy store off of 116th and Olio but doesn't recall the name. Friday I had my last bridal shower thrown by my supervisor. I couldn't help but walk away from the shower humbled by the generosity of my coworkers. I was so excited to share the day with my mother who was able to come to this particular shower (she had to miss my first one). The administrators from my work got us the most amazing gift: a night at the Westin for our wedding night and dinner at Ruth's Chris! Words cannot describe how blessed I feel. Especially because we were not doing anything after our wedding for financial purposes. Wow!

So I just went for my first dress fitting. My dress is apparently very well made and therefore very time consuming and expensive to alter. Right now, it fits perfectly around the waist - it is a corset back and it is pulled as tight as it will go. If I lose any more weight, It will cost me a lot of money to take it in because it can't be tied any tighter. This sucks . . ..I really didn't care to lose any more weight around my waist, but I wanted to focus on overall body fat reduction which will inevitably lead to weight loss in the waist . . .I just have to decide if it is worth it!!!

I think there are a few of us getting married these next couple of months but I've forgotten who!So who's getting married soon and what is your date? How are you doing with all the planning?We're getting married on 9-26, less than 3 weeks away! I start to get butterflies and knots in my stomach when I think about how close it is.I'm doing good with the planning. All I have left is my seating chart, table numbers, ribbons on the programs, wrapping gifts for our bridal party/parents. I want to get as much done as possible so I can try to relax the week before the wedding :)

Bachelorette Party - Indy

Hello girls! There are a group of us girls coming from South Bend to Indy for a bachelorette party at the end of September. The bachelorette wants to break loose, AKA, see some male strippers. I called PT's, which the bride thought they had male strippers there, but they don't. So, I'm looking for advice as to where we can go. We are staying with one of the bridesmaids down there, but she hasn't stepped up to help plan this. Also, if anyone has suggestions on other bars to go to, that would be great. The bride likes to sit and relax and drink martini's. Yet, she likes to break loose and have a great time. If anyone has a suggestion for a male stripper down there, that would be very appreciated! TIA!

I was recently browsing your profile because I noticed you were a South Bend bride. I saw that you're getting your cake from Racia's. I love her style and have only heard great things about her cakes! I was wondering what you thought of her prices. We haven't met up with her yet but she's one of the first places I want to look into. I heard that her prices have gone up the past few years and I'm trying to prepare myself. I don't want to meet up with her and fall in love with her cakes only to find that her prices are out of our budget. Any info that you are willing to share is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Oh, by the way, I noticed your wedding is at the Scotish Rite. I love that place! We really wanted to have our wedding there too but the reception area just wasn't quite big enough. I'm trying to figure out a good place to get alterations done in the South Bend area. I bought my dress at Bernardo's, but I'm worried that it will be really expensive to get the alterations there. I'm literally having a panic attack about our last minute change from cabaert style to church ceremony. Most guest are OOT, so cars will be an issue. VERY long story short I'm wondering if it's worth it to look into limos. How many ppl do they typically fit? How much are they? Any reccomendations?

I had posted a few weeks ago to see if anyone recommended somewhere for makeup in South Bend-specifically airbrush.Well Tuesday I did a trial at Bangs Salon in SB with the airbrush makeup. It was really good. Only change I think I'll make is less bronzer on the cheeks. But the airbrush was nice, light and stayed on fine. I was happy.Pix in my bio under photo galleries...

Today is my last bridal shower. My work supervisor is throwing my shower at the school. I didn't think I'd get so excited about this shower, but I really am. I think part of my excitement stems from the fact that my mom is going to be at this shower. She couldn't come to my first shower because of her work schedule. After today I can focus on getting everything ready for the wedding. Things I still need to do: find shoes figure out centerpieces make a card box finalize food Less than one month left!

So guys... our church hunt hasn't been going so well! A lot of them are saying no because we're non members or because we are living together. A little secret- FI and I also got married in March when i got laid off just so I could have benefits. Luckily we did since my now job doesn't offer them (new company) but we are worried taht this will be a problem too. And then we found a few we like, but their costs are over a grand!! I don't know if that's normal or not but we're talking OVER a grand, and we cannot afford that in our budget. Any ideas at all? Most of our guests will be staying either downtown or at a hotel we are going to choose near the church (cheaper) hopefully on Michigan or Meridian on the north side. So any churches along those routes (from downtown up to 32 in Zionsville?) We prefer a more traditional church which I think is screwing us a bit :( ANY suggestions would be wonderful.

hi girls.. i usually don't post on this board but i'm so desperate and i need all the help i can get. long story short i was searching for a very specific dress.. couldn't find it anywhere in the midwest.. FINALLY, i found one that's sooo very close to it and i fell in love. the bridal store couldnt or wouldnt (not sure which) tell me the designer or style number for some reason. all they said was that they THINK it's mori lee.. i've searched through soo many designers and through 72 pages of dress on TK in the $$ price range (dress is 880).. does anyone recognize this dress? i only have a pic of the front.. the back laces and has a medium length train.. fingers are crossed!! thanks in advance for any help you can offer![img]http://i614.photobucket.com/albums/tt222/kccody8/yay.jpg[/img]
