I’m going to my best friend’s wedding with a group of friends, and I want us to arrive together and not deal with parking, separate Ubers, or someone staying sober to drive. It’s only a 4-hour stretch, so I thought a limo makes the day smoother. My BF says it’s dated and a waste of money, which feels more like he just doesn’t want to spend on it. I checked a couple options one quote was from Blue Nile Livery but I’ve never booked something like this before.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for places we could do photos on our wedding day in Metro Detroit. We're planning a December wedding and our ceremony and reception are at the Iroquois Club in West Bloomfield. They are a littleeeee limited in options for where we could do our photos. We are also planning to do a First Look.

Also open to suggestions on hotels for us to get ready at that are a little unique, as the venue does not have bridal suites.

I am getting married in November 2020 at an outside venue in Gilbert, SC. This will be a destination wedding for us. I am catholic and my fiancé is not. We are just looking to have the wedding ceremony and not an entire mass. I was wondering if anyone knew of a priest in the area who would be willing the perform this. Ladies, please help! I am in full research mode for my upcoming wedding in Macomb County and one of my biggest fears is having an empty dance floor and just a down right horrible wedding DJ. I am trying to find a reliable person or business.

But rather that hearing about the 'best' -- I want to weed out the worst, first. Do any of you ladies have any horror stories so I know what red flags to look out for? What went wrong? I just want to make sure I stay away from the right people!

We are debating ed Sheeran "Perfect" or Tenerife Sea. FH prefers Tenerife Sea because it is more "twangy" lol but I like the how lyrics in perfect fit welll, perfectly, lol. Hi!
First of all, who would have thought finding a water front wedding venue in South East Michigan would be so difficult?
Last Saturday, I went and look at Water View Loft in Detroit, Rooster Tail, and Rattle Snake Club.
I have an appointment on Saturday, May 20th to go see Grosse Pointe War Memorial. In their contract, it states no smoking on any of the grounds. I find that hard to do for a wedding. Does anyone know if they make exceptions for weddings when it comes to smoking?

Hello, first off. I would like to include all siblings and nieces and nephews in the wedding party. There are a lot of them. I do not want flowers, so please no suggestions of FG's.

The idea I had is
My Sister is the MOH and Brother 1 is a GM. Brother 2 & Sister 2 I was thinking of having explain the foot washing part of the ceremony. Brother 3 + 4 as Ushers. Sister 3 + 4 read scripture about unity. Sisters 5,6 + 7 read lighter scripture. Then I have 4 nephews I'd like included and 4 nieces I'd like included. I was thinking of having them carry the sand and towels or signs down the aisle or a mixture of both. I am looking for helpful suggestions please that include all family with no FG's.
