I got my butt kicked last night at the gym, but I'm not hurting as much as I thought I would be this morning! This is what I have going on so far:

  • Hey I have a question for everyone. Last night I worked out for two hours and by the end of the second hour I was dragging ass. I didn't eat anything before my workouts so I'm thinking this may have been the culprit. Any suggestions for an easy snack pre-workout? TIA!

  • @buddysmom80 I used to eat a couple of deli turkey slices before going on a run because I was so damn hungry after work. It took the edge off for me. I'm not sure if it is THE BEST or not...but I felt re-energized and ready to go without filling myself full of food.
