Anyone want to talk Miami Dolphins/Incognito?

I've seen a few headlines, but don't really know what's going on.  Can you give me a summary?

A couple weeks ago, Jonathan Martin left the team, stating that he was bullied and no one did anything about it.  He pointed the finger at Incognito, whom has had an especially troubled past (he was on the "do not draft" list for the at least the Indianapolis Colts (I'm sure there were more teams) and he's been voted 'dirtiest player' at least once by other players in the league).  Messages from Incognito to Martin have been relased and they use all sorts of racial slurs and other just terrible, degrading, and demeaning language.  There's also video of Incognito going nutso in a bar, tearing his shirt off, and going on a rant where he used the n-word several times.   He's been suspended from the team.

Many of the Miami Dolphins are standing up for Incognito.  He gave an interview yesterday.  I didn't watch and I haven't read much about the content of it. 

Incognito is white and Martin is black.  I don't believe Martin has said much of anything or been seen since he left the team.

Incognito and the team members at Miami are just proponents of the whole over-violent and stimulated side of professional sports that is ignored for the sake of profit and viewership.

Also, H's PT went to college with Incognito and said that he wasn't well liked.

I just asked DH yesterday if Incognito was his real name.  Ochocinco comes to mind as well as Metta World Peace.

I agree there is more to this story, but something does smell funky.

Incognito is really his name. I so wish DH had his yearbooks in the house. BIL and SIL knew him as well. He was a jerk off in HS apparently as well.
