Wedding Thank You Toast Etiquette

I have question on Thank You toasts. A little background - my parents are helping pay for the wedding, my fiancé’s parents are not. They are also not helping with the rehearsal dinner. Their reason is not because they can't afford it, they basically just don't want to. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The question is for the toast I will thank the bridesmaids and the groomsmen for being in our wedding and the overall family for being there. But I want to thank my parents for helping make this day possible. I feel it would be tacky not to acknowledge my Fiancé’s parents, but they didn’t do anything else...? Is there a way around this?

Thank you for any answers/suggestions!!
