Catering recommendations

My fiance and I are planning a laid back, country wedding. We want reasonable catering and we want simple, down-home dishes. Fried Chicken, Mini pulled pork sliders, sweet potatoes, biscuits, corn bread, BBQ. If it matters, the venue we are booking is in Frederick.

Anyone know of any caterers who might offer a menu like this at a non-outrageous price?

I recommend Grateful Catering (http://www.gratefuldelicatering.com/). I've seen their work outside at a high-end sweet sixteen party. They had a mixture of fried chicken, pulled pork, mini crab cakes, and a few grilled meats. They work in the Baltimore Metro area.

I'd recommend sweet sensations (www.sweetsensationsllc.com). Great food, great prices which are already on their site and they do linens and other decor stuff too
