Restaurant Suggestions for Ceremony/Reception Combo in SE Wisco?

Hi all,

I'm new to the board...I live in Korea but my guy and I are coming home next spring and are looking to have a commitment ceremony & reception at a restaurant (we're getting married at the embassy in December) in late May or June of next year. Any suggestions? Our guest is 60 max. We're hoping to stay under $5k. (eep!)

I'm not sure what prices are like, but Cuvee is a popular ceremony/reception place--especially since your guest list is smaller.

cuvees rental lis like 2k....thats kind of pricey considering she only wants to spend 5k. Maybe try Joey Buenos...or Maggianos...

Hotel Metro would be worth checking out. I'm not sure about Joey Buona's... They require a 10,000 minimum to rent a space upstairs.

The Loft @ Cedar Ridge in Waukesha they runa bout $14.95 per plate and have a gazebo outside or a nonedmoninational chapel inside.

The pp's gave pretty good suggestions, but another to check out is the downstairs restaurant of Turner's in Downtown MKE.  I have no idea what the pricing is, but it's a cool space and really good food.  I've been to a wedding in that space and it was realy nice.
