With cheese and bacon and peppers and brought them to the office for feedback 'cause she wants to open a market stall, and holy crumbs, Batman! they are so good. I have eaten two and a half so far and I'm debating not leaving the rest for FI and FPIL like I'm supposed to.

The problem now is I really don't feel like cooking, and I'm on kitchen duty tonight.

FI found a recipe for pizza muffins, complete with marinara sauce filling/icing. I'm still figuring out how to make them properly.

I love making savory "muffin" dishes. As in, throw stuff into muffin tins since the liners mean less clean-up! I've seen recipes where you use those Pillsbury biscuits or wonton wrappers to line the muffin pans too.

Damn, now I'm hungry!
