Milwaukee 30th Birthday Party

I am looking for a place to celebrate my 30th birthday with 30-40 of my closest friends.  We're not looking for a "private party" in terms of needing to rent an entire space, but it would be nice to have an area separate from the rest of the bar/restaurant.  We're low on funds, so hoping to maybe find a space that has a separate cash bar we could have all to ourselves. . .Ideas?

    Trinity on juneau ave has great space and somewhat separated off rooms and different bars.  i'd look into that.

    Look into reserving part of the Milwaukee Ale House's lower bar.  It's semi-private and there is no rental fee or food and beverage minimum (unless they changed their rules).  www.ale-house.com If the weather is nice you might be able to reserve a portion of the adjacent patio as well (right on the Milwaukee River).
