Has anyone used the new Homewood Suites by the Princeton Club in Madison for a room block? I submitted the paperwork for the room block on September 11 and have yet to receive the room block web link or a confirming e-mail. I have e-mailed twice and called twice and received no response. I left a message with the manager this morning.(Ironically, there is a Hampton Inn right next door that I arranged a room block months ago. The same woman from Homewood Suites set up my Hampton Inn room block. I had everything done in one day. I would just leave it at the Hampton Inn; however, my MIL really wants a room block at Homewood Suites.) Has anyone used this facility? How was your service?Thanks in advance!
