Can't figure it out!

Hello all,So several years ago in college I was an asst. Dj for a company here in Milwaukee. I did a few weddings and holiday parties. One of them was a wedding on Sept 11th 2002 or 2003 which is why I don't remember. None of the venues really stuck out but one now that I am looking for a place to get married. This place actually had a stage, was located on the E.side, was an old ornate building and that's all I remember!  It is somewhere down by Brady but not past north ave.Ugh, its driving me crazy. Its not Villa Terrace or Renaissance Place. If you get out and about in Milwaukee you might know this place. Or maybe they don't rent out anymore...Thanks!

I still think you described Renaissance Place but memory can be fuzzy. Large, ornate, stage, eastside, (south of) Brady. If you want to check it out without any obligation of even having to talk to a person, they used to have an open night. Check out the website. We went on a weeknight when it's just open for you to walk around. We booked there and went to an open night just to see the lighting after dark. They are great to work with. I used to live on the eastside and I will let you know if something else comes to mind.

Villafilamena on Marshall? It's an old Italian Villa near Astor and Knickerbocker hotel? We checked that out as an option. VERY reasonable prices.
