Hot pink bridesmaids dresses

Hey all! We got our bridesmaids dresses about 6 months ago because they were a great deal ($80)! I loved them - simple, a-line, knee-length, all silk and bright pink. Is hot pink crazy? I feel like I rarely see bright colors at weddings these days- it's only blush/pastel tones OR dark (which I understand for colder weather). Please tell me hot pink is not too crazy! I feel like they will be vibrant and happy. Hopefully the flowers will be more subdued (light green and pinks) to offset the bright dresses...

Our wedding was really bright. I wore hot pink; the groom wore a charcoal suit with a robin's egg blue gingham shirt and a yellow tie. And our centerpieces were wildflower bouquets in orange, pink, purple, green and yellow. It was definitely "vibrant and happy"!

Our wedding was very bright.  Not hot pink, but Davids Bridal "Sangria" which is sort of a burgundy/pink/purple and bright apple green.  If you love the color, go with it.  It will look great.

 I think hot pink is an awesome idea! We had bright colours at our wedding, (lime green and tangerine orange). It sounds a little crazy, but it turned out exactly how I envisioned it! As long as you pair it nicely with whatever other colours you have, you'll be fine!

If it matters to you, one thing you may want to think about is: how will our pictures look 20 years from now? If you are worried that the bright color may make them look dated, then you might want to reconsider. But if you don't care- then go for it! I want our wedding to look beautiful today, because I don't know what will be dated in 20 years.

i wore a hot pink bridesmaid dress once and thought it looked great.  I say go for it!

My MOH is wearing a begonia coloured dress, my sash and shoes are this colour as well I love bright colours in weddings. My girlfriend got married last summer and we wore pomegranate dresses.

OMG these are gorgeous! I do love the look of a bright color on the girls (we are doing a classic tux for the guys). I think it flatters more skin tones than a pastel does.

I despise hot pink, and besides my hair is red which clashes. That said, if your bridesmaids love it, go for it.
