I loved my wedding! I really do

I wouldn't have done it any differently! I feel so loved by everyone and everything! I miss it already
We had a total of 47 people including ourselves. 46 adults and 1 baby (2 years old). People were coming in from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vancouver, Toronto, LA, San Diego, San Francisco. Some we haven't seen in 10 years. They are literally our favorite people and we can't be thankful enough

Francesca (Bobbie Pin Beauty) - A+++ - Francesca is such a sweetheart! I had my trial with her a day before the wedding. She was patient, talented, and very nice. I'm Chinese so my eyes are different than most and I was very worried that I'd not like my make up at all. But I was very wrong. Francesca knew what she was doing and she was open to suggestions as well. She did not rush through anything and she made sure I really liked my make up and hair. I loooved my hair too. I showed her pictures of loose sidebraids that I wanted. She was honest and said that the sidebraids that I picked will probably not stay for the entire day. At the end she made a style that was very similar to what I wanted and she even remembered that I liked braids so she added a braid when she found the opportunity to do so. It was so thoughtful of her.
On the wedding day there were 4 of us that needed hair and make up done. Two moms, my MOH and myself. I was the last one to go. The moms rarely wear make up so it was hard for them to get used to having make up on themselves. They thought everything was too heavy. But Francesca was SO PATIENT with them. She had to redo the makeup on them several times and she was still so nice about it. I would've lost it already lol. We went a bit overtime but it was not her fault at all. I loved my HMU

I was in such a rush I wish I had more time to thank her.
Aria's Wedding Chapel - A - Erika was my coordinator for the past year or so. She's awesome A+++++! So friendly and sweet and accommodating. She made my planning so much less stressful. Ask for Erika if you can if you decide to get married at Aria's wedding chapel! I'm very picky and she worked with all my requests and budget. We got to meet with her on March 22 Saturday as hubby has actually never seen the chapel before. We went over some final details and she showed me the colors on the back curtains. We got it to a shade of pink that I liked but I don't think it was the same shade on the day of the wedding. I didn't notice though on the day of the wedding as I think I was too overwhelmed.. But looking at the pictures now I wish it was a bit more pink and less purple! I was wearing a huge ball gown and I wanted both of my parents to walk me down the aisle. Since we had our guest count figured out Erika took away 2 rows of chairs from each side to made the aisle wider since I also had aisle arrangements. My bouquet and MOH's bouquet looked exactly like I had envisioned them to be

I was running so late though since HMU took longer again. I was supposed to be there at 2pm but I don't think I got there until closer to 2:30pm. Everyone was there and around the chapel already so everyone saw me run in and started clapping. I'm so shy so I went into the bridal room to hide lol! I had arranged for Todd (Bently & Wilson Photography) to be there before Cashman showed up and Aria let us!

The only thing that kept me from giving Aria an A+++ is that the pianist started to play the WRONG song for my bridal entrance. When we told them this other girl (not Erika) did not look happy and said "he is playing exactly as what you had down on the worksheet". I know what I had on the worksheet.. so we insisted that they had to play the right song! . But maybe they were panicking like I was. They had to text the panist and he got it right at the end. phew. I wanted to thank Erika again and take a few pictures with her but after we came back from taking pictures with cashman she was having a meeting with another potential client I think.
Cashman Photography - A - Our photographer was Matthew. He was actually very nice despite the not so great reviews of Cashman. He politely asked Todd to leave the chapel when he arrived. He was very energetic and made everyone feel at ease. Our package only came with 12 5x7 but hubby and I agreed to only stick to the 12 since we had Todd already. At the end we bought 3 more pictures at $16 each. Our package came with an album with inserts (like photo mats). When we got home we realized the inserts were for 4x6s... so I emailed Cashman and he said he will place an order for the 5x7 inserts. Hopefully he will mail those out to us for free.
Todd (Bently&Wilson Photography) - A+++ - Juuust like the reviews Todd is fantastic! He is so nice and sincere and down to earth. We actually booked him for 2 days for a total of 10 hours. On March 25 the day before the wedding we had him from 6-8:30pm. I wore a red dress (my reception dress) and wanted to take night shots with it. We hired a limo from Earth Limo and the driver was great as well (more on Earth Limos below). He took us to Paris, Bellagio, Mirage, and Venetian.
On the day of the wedding Todd arrived by 2pm before I did cuz I was late but he took some shots with hubby and the rest of the guests I think. He waited for us outside the chapel and then took us around Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo, and Planet hollywood for pictures. We got back to our hotel room just after 6pm so I can change out of my wedding dress and into my reception dress. He met us at the Bacchanal Buffet by 7pm and took pictures of everything. He stayed until 10 pm as well. I can't wait to see our pictures! He said it will take about 3 weeks.
Pam (ThePalette) - A+++ - Pam was probably my favourite vendor! Though I never got to see her! Throughout the past year I changed my mind on my flowers literally a million times and she was so great about it everytime. She was honest and she worked with my budget. Just 3 weeks before the wedding I decided to switch my vases to the tall eiffel tower 24" vases. She contacted my group sales manager of Bacchanal herself (she's a bit hard to reach sometimes) and arranged to have the vases stored overnight at Bacchanal so she can pick them up the next day. She did not charge me a penny for doing this. I'm SO glad we used her. The flowers she had for us were even prettier than I had imagined! I told her I will be there by 7pm but I was late for about 5-10 minutes and she was gone already so I never got to see her. You cannot go wrong with using Pam for flowers! We had her make 6 centerpieces and 1 smaller arrangement for the sign in table
Mazziflowers on Etsy - A - We used this seller on Etsy for 4 boutonnieres and 1 corsage. The total came to $46 USD ($23 for flowers and $23 for shipping?!) Which comes out to about $9 per flower. Aria allowed us to use fake flowers even inside the chapel as long as they're not real. The groom, the bestman, me the bride and my MOH both had real flowers. Aria charges at least $25 for a boutonniere so we we got the paper flowers for the parents and grandma. I don't think anyone could tell they were fake flowers. Her flowers were very pretty HOWEVER communicating with her was DIFFICULT as I think she spoke Polish. At the end when we received the flowers the color was not quite what we had wanted but they showed up fine in pictures. I would recommend checking this seller out if you wanted to save on your flowers costs. She has a FB page as well.
Bacchanal Buffet Reception - A+++ - They were awesome as well! The seats were arranged exactly like my seating plan. They had a separate table setup for us for our sign in table. The cake was placed on the hutch underneath the flatscreen TV. Our cake was 3 tier-ed. I was slightly disappointed in our cake as the buttercream was shimmery.. the inspiration pictures we had sent them were not shimmery at all. It made the cake looked a little fake. We had 2 flavors for the cake: it was hazelnut praline for the top 2 tiers, and fresh strawberries for the bottom tier. We ended up having a lot of leftovers for the strawberry layer. We took it back to our hotel and ate it 2 days later with our friends and the cake was still very moist. Everyone liked the strawberry layer more than the hazelnut. The hazelnut layer was too sweet even for me (and I LOOOVE sweets and chocolate). Our servers were fantastic. Every one of them were very nice and courteous. We had the beverage package and they kept on refilling drinks for everyone. Plated were always cleared right away. A few servers even helped us clean up and gathered our decors for us. And now on to the food. We have eaten there before and I can say they're just as good as a year ago or even better. Everyone was overwhelmed but the amount of food they had. We all wish we had more time to eat! We were there from 7:30-9:30pm and they let us stay until 10pm (that's when the buffet closes). We were never rushed. Everyone at Bacchanal seemed happy to have us there.
Earth Limos - B - Here is a tip to everyone looking for transportation! Prices are NEGOTIABLE all over Vegas it seems. Earth Limos' posted prices are at least double or even triple of some other companies like Bell trans and Presidential. Get a quote from a cheaper company and negotiate with the company that you actually wanted to go for! We did that and Earth Limo was able to match the prices that we got from Bell Trans and Presidential. We dealt with Sylvia and she was very helpful. We booked a limo for 3 hours for our photo tour with Todd. Then 1 shuttle that went back and forth twice from Aria to Caesars from 5-6pm, and another shuttle that went from Caesars to Aria twice from 10-11pm. Our driver for the photo tour was great. Very friendly and talkative, even offered Todd a Cuban cigar lol. HOWEVER for the shuttle that went from 5-6pm, it was clearly stated in our contract that the driver had to go from Aria to Caesars, and then go back to Aria and then to Caesars again for a second time - basically they're supposed to do two round trips. There were a few glitches here. We weren't there since we were taking pictures with Todd, but I had given Sylvia's number to my dad in case anything happened. First of all, they should've told us there was a separate meeting place for shuttle buses. We all assumed it was at the main lobby. So they all thought the shuttle wasn't going to show up. So when they finally got to the shuttle, the driver refused to make 2 round trips. So for 5-6pm they only made 1 round trip but luckily since some guests were driving we were able to fit everyone on the one shuttle. Hubby called Sylvia to get it sorted while I changed out of my wedding dress. So everything went smoothly for the 10-11pm shuttles.
