Meals for Motor Coach Driver?

Hi Knotties! My fiance and I will be providing guest meals for our photographer and her assistant as well as our DJ and his assistant. We're just curious if we need to provide a meal for our guest motor coach driver as well. This person will be working for us from 3:30-11:30pm, and the coach will be parked outside our venue for the duration of the reception (i.e. it's shuttling guests to the reception and from the reception). Thoughts?

He or she will be working during a meal time (dinner, in this case) so yes, IMO you should provide a meal for him or her.

I would say yes. They are being paid for a service the same as your DJ and other vendors are.

Yes. I would provide a meal to this vendor. If they had some soft of break or gap in the time ie: dropping you off at the venue and then picking you up again 5 hours later, I would say no, they can use that time to get a meal on their own. But since they will be working through a meal time, yes they should be provided a meal.
