confused about undergarments

I am planning on purchasing the Maggie Sottero Toni gown for my vow renewal ceremony. I am rather large chested…a 38D, which is fine, but the back of this gown is illusion/see through. What kind of bra can I wear with this? Can a decent bra/cups be sewn into the dress and still be supportive enough? This is my absolute dream dress so I would hate to need to pick something else. Thanks

I would say cups could be sewn in to that dress, or like doeydo said, a low back or long-line bra would work if you're afraid the cups won't hold you in.
