Anyone recognize this dress?

I really love a dress I found online, but it is from Vivi Dress "out of the UK" and it ships from China, so I'd like to steer clear of that.  Does anyone recognize it?  It is labeled as "Graceful Ball Gown Chapel Train Sweetheart Chiffon Zipper Sleeveless Maternity Wedding Dresses".  Thanks :)

    I'm not finding it on the designer's site though, so it may be discontinued. You'll likely need to hunt down a used dress if you want this design.

    Edited because I got the number wrong.

    Wow that is amazing, thank you!  You are correct, it is discontinued :(  I found one online, but it is many sizes too big.
