Kitchen nightmares

We usually don't watch this show but they are doing a recap of an episode we watched last year after it went viral. Have you guys heard about this? The restaurant is called Amy's Baking Company and these people are nuts! They would curse at their customers and kick people out. They didn't give servers their tips. If you haven't heard anything about it you should google it. It is fun to keep up with. Edited to fix the restaurant name.

I feel like I heard of this show. Wasn't there a restaurant owned by a couple, and they were a complete nightmare, something about yelp reviews? Or is this the couple? What channel is it on?

I didn't see the original episode, but I did follow the fall-out online. Totally BSC couple running that place, and I doubt they're ever going to change!

Yeah - they even went on Dr. Phil to 'clear their name' and everything - to me it just made them seem crazier. . . . .

I saw that episode.  Those people are psycho.  i know some of the editing is done for drama, but what I understand they didnt' have to do much editing to show how crazy these people are.

DH was appalled at their attitude.

The episode is so entertaining, but the internet fallout is even better. And it's still going on. These people truly buy that there's no such thing as bad publicity.

The best is the whole thing with them taking the tips left for the waitstaff. Because the waitresses don't work as hard as them. Uh, what?

Dear me, that's my favorite episode of all time. And the recap tonight was fantastic. They just made themselves look even crazier. I too find the online fallout to be the best part. Oh man! 

Can y'all believe she called Ramsey a "pansy"? Of all people, I would never describe him as a pansy. Hell, I don't think I would ever describe anyone as a pansy. It's a silly word.

No, there was no mention of that. Though the husband wanted them to pay him for the interview and craziness. Just ridiculous.

If there is indeed a suit, they may not be able to talk about it. Most places will say they can't discuss ongoing legal issues.

Oh man, they're back? FI loves Kitchen Nightmares so we saw the first one. I'd never seen an episode before where the owners were too nasty/insane to accept his help. Gotta watch for the re-run now!

I love kitchen nightmares! When that episode aired, it was hilarious. The woman is BSC and her husband supports it. I don't know why anyone would ever work there as a waitress. They even fired one on TV. I would not spend my money there since I saw that. No thanks.
