My boss is out of the office and has forwarded his calls to me. Normally he forwards them to my coworker, who has worked here longer than I have. Well, my coworker must have issues with this because every fucking time my fucking phone rings, as soon as I hang it up she comes over and asks, "What was that all about?"
Um, it was about MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS, that's what it was about. If it concerns you or I need your help, I will let you know.
Generally we can all hear and/or listen to each other's conversations when our doors are open, but just because we can doesn't mean we should blatantly let the other person know we were eavesdropping.
I wish I had the balls to just tell her it's not something that concerns her, but I don't. I'm with her 40+ hours a week and just don't think the tension would be worth it. As punishment, I'm just going to eat my very crunchy apple here at my desk for the next 10 minutes or so.
ETA: Typo.
