I have a colored wedding dress, what should I do about the bridesmaids?

I have a question about bridesmaids dresses.  I went wedding dress shopping and purchased a pale blue wedding dress I absolutely love. I wasn't planning on buing a colored wedding dress, therefore I was planning on bridesmaids dresses being navy.  But now my dress is pale blue I'm not sure Navy will look great.  What colors would go with a pale blue dress?  I have three bridesmaids.

I love the idea of all different shades of blue, so I say go with the navy and then work in a couple of other shades of blue elsewhere--but even if you just went with light blue and navy, I think it'll look great.

Neutrals go with almost any colour, so you could have your bridesmaids wear black, brown, white, beige, etc.  Examples of brides in colour with neutral bridesmaids' dresses:

I would get a swatch of your dress fabric and see how the pale blue and navy work together.

Navy would still be good. If you have the bridesmaids in different shades I would avoid having one wear white because people from the grooms side who don't know you might assume she is the bride! But all in white short dresses could be cute, or beige, champagne, gray.

I think using Navy would look great. But if you are concerned do you have a BM that can go to the dress shop with you & you can put your dress on & they can put a Navy Blue dress on (doesn't have to the one they end up picking out) and stand next to you and see how you feel. Personally i think it will look great.
